1. Business Development Activities
1.1 Potential Project Activities Abroad:
Regions to Follow: Turkic Republics, Middle East, Africa
International Organizations: World Bank, Islamic Development Bank, Asian Development Bank, African Development Bank, European Reconstruction and Development Bank, United Nations, Japanese Development Fund and others
1.2 Cooperated Institutions:
- FIDIC (International Federation of Consulting Engineers)
- EFCA (European Federation of Engineering Consultancy Associations)
- FCIC (Federation of Consultants from Islamic Countries)
- Cooperation Council of Turkic Speaking States
- DEİK (Foreign Economic Relations Board of Turkey)
1.3 Activities to be done:
- Improving relations with international institutions and organizations,
- Monitoring / following the project activities announced and to be announced by international institutions,
- Contributing to the preparation of the prequalification files for the projects,
- Lobbying activities related to short lists (for more sympathetic perception of the company),
- Representation of the company in international conferences, meetings and fairs (together with company officials)
- Establishing partnerships and collaborations by contacting different companies for projects in different countries,
- Supporting the company for the establishment of project offices and representative offices abroad and ensuring their continuity,
- Providing support for the training and development of company officials / employees,
- For the continuity of these works, establishing a small and effective core team within the company, providing their trainings and monitoring the works.
2. Support and Incentives
- Developing the necessary relations with the T.C. Ministry of Economy Free Zones General Directorate of Foreign Investments and Services and using the foreign supports effectively,
- Carrying out studies for the use of international project and engineering loans provided by Türk Eximbank,
- Establishing a core team within the company on support and incentives, developing and training the team through collaboration,
- Examining the prepared files, evaluating the problems that may arise within the necessary institutions and organizations, and developing and presenting the solution suggestions to the management,
- Developing the necessary infrastructure for the use of Support and Incentives until the last penny
